Hallmark Part-Time Installation Merchandiser

As an Installation Merchandiser, you will be responsible for working with an installation team on store fixture installation of new stores, store remodels, store relocations and product revisions. Installation activities include moving card departments, building fixtures and merchandising product. You may be required to work with a variety of tools including hammers, screwdrivers and power tools. The position offers varied hours depending on installation activities. You may not be scheduled for work when there are no installations scheduled.

Most installations will occur Monday-Friday during daytime hours. There may be some installation activities outside your immediate area, if this occurs, you may be asked to carpool with other installation team members. If an overnight stay is required, you may be asked to share a hotel room with a same-sex installation team member.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can work as part of a team and/or independently in a busy retail environment. You must be willing to work a varied work schedule. The position reports to an Installation Leader.

This is a physically demanding job that can require a high level of labor and energy. The physical retail environment is varied and may include work in a back stockroom with limited lighting and less than ideal conditions.

As an Installation Merchandiser, you will be working on installations at Walgreen stores within a 250 mile radius of Little Rock, AR. The number of hours and days of the week that you are scheduled will be determined based upon what installations are scheduled. You will need to have the flexibility to work as needed as a typical installation can take a full day commitment. Downtime for this position is typically November - December.
