Project Manager - Full Time $31K to $35K Washington, DC

Set and Service Resources is currently recruiting for Project Managers. The Project Manager is dedicated to ensuring that our client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. They are responsible for developing and assisting the Field Operation Management Team with new programs and processes that will improve the accountability, visibility and efficiency of the Projects Division. The position is responsible for personally conducting resets and computer work, as well as managing hourly labor when assigned to do so. They are responsible for scheduling; reporting and ensuring resets are done within their assigned districts, accurately, completely and on time.

Required Work Experience:
*Must have previous experience managing a crew of reset personnel. While several projects are completed by Project Manager, on their own, the majority require managing crews of 1-10 people, depending on the project
*Must have reliable transportation, and valid Drivers license
*Must be willing to travel, including overnight stays.
*Must be willing and able to do night resets. Approximately 30% of our 2010 Projects will be night resets..These typically run Sun-Thursday nights. Day sets run Monday-Friday
*Must not have any felony convictions, as background checks are performed
*Home Improvement reset experience a huge plus…………….
*This is a Salaried position for the Project Manager
* We reimburse mileage (for Project Managers) and direct bill any hotel stays etc. In addition, overnight stays include food per diems.

Skills and Abilities:
-Ability to lift 70 lbs., climb, bend, stoop, and be on your feet for long periods of time.
-High School Diploma or GED
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Proficient Computer skills
-Read Plan-a-grams
-Must own Basic Tools, Cordless Drill, and Digital Camera.
