Team Lead - Merchandising

Prism Retail Services, a division of Footprint Retail Services, is a full service company with thousands of employees nationwide. We provide merchandising and reset capabilities to retail companies, including drug and grocery stores, office supply chains, and home improvement stores.

 

A Team Leader must ensure accurate completion of merchandising functions, special projects and other assigned tasks within the time parameters set forth by the Assistant District Manager and/or District Manager. Work is performed at various customer store locations.

- Can read, write and speak English.

- Are able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

- Can understand and implement retail-merchandising concepts.

- Have at least two years plan-o-gram and merchandising experience, leadership  

   experience preferred.

- Have reliable transportation to travel to multiple job locations.

 

And that are you are willing to:

-Perform merchandising tasks not limited to fixturing and implementing a POG.

-Manage all aspects of the project from paperwork to the Store Activity

 Reporting (SAR) and Payroll reporting processes. 
-Adjust pace and tasks as needed and possess the ability to work cooperatively with other

 employees and third parties, to give and take direction, and to effectively manage

 workload.
-Set goals and review instructions with each Merchandiser.
