A Closer Look is looking for independent contractors to work from home scheduling our mystery shop evaluations for our shoppers. Mystery shopping experience is required, but if you have not yet completed a mystery shop for us, we can arrange that in the application process. Online training is provided to qualified applicants.
Our schedulers generally work about 35-40 hours a week. Both daytime and evening availability are required in order to reply to emails from shoppers and to schedule requested shops on a timely basis. On-line capability and a fast internet connection are required. An outgoing personality and a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, the ability to read and follow precise directions, and excellent phone skills are some of the skills and traits of our best schedulers. Pay is based on the number of scheduled and completed shops.
